Israel Dog UnitSaving lives in IsraelThe Israel Dog Unit (IDU) saves lives in Israel through the use of specially trained service dogs in coordination with the IDF, Israeli police, ZAKA, and the Israeli Fire Department.
The IDU is composed of two separate wings focusing on:
1. Protecting Jewish lives and property with security dogs. 2. Searching for missing people through the use of S.A.R. dogs.
